Urban Dhaaga – by Navi is committed to showcasing the depth, detail, and dignity of Indian textile & craftsmanship. Each of our products is handcrafted and rooted in traditions that span generations. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services, and by placing an order, you agree to abide by them.

Product Variations

Our products are handmade by artisans mostly based out of Gujarat, India, often in small batches or made-to-order formats. As a result, slight variations in weave, color, sizing, or texture are natural and should be embraced as part of the product’s unique identity. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that is by design.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are shipped from our home studio in Gurgaon, India.

Delivery within India is free of charge. All taxes and duties applicable within India are included in the product pricing.

International shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout and may vary based on destination and weight.

Exchange Policy

All products are shipped after checking for defects.

We do not accept refunds / returns. We only accept replacements / exchanges for all

Urban Dhaaga – by Navi products, only if:

You have received a wrong or different product.
There is ample documentation of a defective product – for example, unboxing videos.

Requests for replacements must be raised within 5 days of receipt of your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Products on sale or part of a discounted collection are not eligible for exchange.

We do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or laundered.

Urban Dhaaga – by Navi is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

None of the Urban Dhaaga – by Navi products are eligible for refund.
